VivaTerra has a few options for delivery, based on what items are purchased.

Mail Delivery

Orders usually ship within 48 hours and deliver within 5-7 business days. Promotional discounts are applied after shipping, and shipping is based on the individual items you order. If you are located in the continental United States, you may request Express Delivery for an additional $14.95. Your order will be upgraded to 2nd Business Day.

If your shipping address is to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Island, an additional $15.95 charge will be applied. Express delivery is not available.

Motor Freight Delivery

Motor Freight Delivery Service offers curbside or "tailgate" delivery service. The customer is responsible for removing the merchandise from the truck and into the residence. Carriers schedule deliveries Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST.

Carriers will contact you to schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST. It may be helpful to arrange for assistance on the delivery day. The freight company may apply additional charges if you have to request the driver's help.

White-Glove Delivery

VivaTerra offers a premium service option that includes delivery inside the home or to your porch, deck, or patio. The merchandise will be unboxed, and all packing materials will be removed for disposal. Most furniture purchases will include free White-Glove Delivery. Please review the product information or the catalog to determine if your purchase qualifies for this free premium service.

Some items can be upgraded for an additional fee of $125 only in the continental U.S.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item within 90 days of purchase. If your item is defective, you may return the product up to one year after the purchase date. Use one of these hassle-free exchange methods below to initiate your return.

Call Customer Service for the quickest service. VivaTerra will place your order immediately and charge your credit card. Then, your replacement item will ship the following day for free. Repackage your return merchandise carefully and complete the Online Returns Form. Once VivaTerra receives the return, you'll be credited for the cost of the original item less the return shipping fee of $6.95.
