International: shipped via USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the order.

They are currently unable to process P.O. Box orders but can ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

Unused/non-downloadable inventory can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. All shipping and processing fees can’t be refunded at this time. Credits will be issued within 10 days of warehouse receipt of the returned goods and will be returned to the method of payment used for the purchase.

The Happy Planner does not list a trade-in policy.
