Shipping can be upgraded to UPS 2nd Day Air for $25 per order or UPS Next Day Air for $40 per order.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories is $25.
Mattress toppers not eligible for expedited shipping.
Free white-glove delivery for mattresses, foundations, frames, and power bases.

Mattresses come with a 90-Night Tryout and must be tried for at least 30 nights. If you’re unsatisfied with it, you can return it within that window.
Call customer service about the return and if they can’t find a satisfactory solution, they’ll take the mattress back for a full refund minus the return shipping fee.
Foundations, TEMPUR-Ease, TEMPUR-Ergo, and Tempur-Extend Power Bases are non-refundable.
Pillows, bed linens, bed frames, mattress toppers, slippers, travel, and home products can only be returned if they were damaged in transit or if they arrived defective.

Tempur-Pedic does not offer trade-ins.
