Moosejaw offers returns at any time with most items. All returned items must be in "sellable" condition. This means they aren't worn or washed, and don't have any stains or tears. Any items that have been damaged will not be accepted.
All electronic purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Special items, such as drones and rooftop tents, must be returned within a 15-day time window.
All returns are refunded to the original payment method if return is made within 60 days of purchase. If made after 60 days, refund is given in the form of a Moosejaw gift card. This is sent via email.
If your original order was purchased with Moosejaw Reward Dollars, the used reward dollars will be refunded to your account.
