How to redeem your FTD coupon codes

Add the flower arrangements you wish to purchase to your cart.
Select which "grade" of bouquet you want. There are different price tiers for each arrangement selected.
Enter your ZIP code and select a desired shipping date for your order. Click "Confirm date and continue."
Click "Checkout" and fill out the necessary forms to finalize order.
The code should already be applied in checkout but if you don't see it, enter your copied FTD promo code in the "Have a promo code" dropdown.

FTD delivers throughout the United States and Canada. They also deliver to 150 countries internationally.
FTD can't guarantee delivery of your order at a specific time of day. Throughout most of the U.S., however, orders made around 2 p.m. in that time zone can be delivered that same day.
Weekend deliveries (Saturday and Sunday), are only available in select areas if the order is placed before 1 p.m. in that time zone.
If you're ordering a funeral arrangement or sympathy arrangement, this could require more time to prepare. See the information below to place your order on time.

Monday a.m. delivery: Order by noon on Saturday.
Tuesday through Saturday a.m. delivery: Order by 3 p.m. the day before.
Monday through Saturday p.m. delivery: All orders must be placed 6 hours before they are needed.
Sunday delivery: Only available in certain areas. You will see whether or not you have this option before you complete checkout.

If your arrangement has exotic flowers and plants, next-day delivery is required. This is available Monday through Saturday.
For international orders, all orders placed by 2 p.m. EST will be delivered next day.
FedEx, UPS, and USPS are for U.S. delivery only. All perishable products must be next-day delivery. Early delivery will be received by noon on the noted delivery date.

FTD has a return policy called "Good as Gold." which allows customers to return any arrangement for a full refund if it doesn't last for over seven days. Call the customer service number listed above to request either a replacement or refund.

Any specialty gift items that are non-perishable may be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason. All items that qualify for this return must be in the original packaging and be accompanied by the sales receipt.

FTD doesn't offer any trade-in policy for its customers.
