Zinus offers free shipping on all items. At the moment, they don’t offer expedited shipping options of date-specific delivery – although there are plans in the future to provide this.

On average, it takes 5-12 business days from order for your item to reach your doorstep.

Although their shipping is free, there may be state-related recycling fees if you're from CA, CT, and RI. Please note, the recycle free will apply to both the mattresses and the box springs.

Zinus offers all its customers an impressive 100 day guarantee, which means that you have 100 days upon delivery to thoroughly test your new product in the comfort of your own home. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can contact Zinus for a full refund.

In order to receive your refund, Zinus asks its customers to donate or dispose of their items and ensure you have proof. Proof can be a picture(s) of the product being disposed of or a donation receipt. Send proof of disposal or donation, along with pictures of the law tags for mattresses, to support@zinusinc.com.

Refunds are typically processed and generated within 2-5 business days and will appear back on to the original form of payment.

In order to keep their products safe and their prices competitive and affordable Zinus doesn't offer a trade-in policy.

Since Zinus sells its products on a variety of different platforms they don't have a price matching policy in place.
