How to redeem your The Paper Store discount deals

Once on the website, choose the products you wish to purchase, and then click “Add to Shopping Bag.”
Once you’re ready to complete your transaction, click on “My Bag.”
The discount will appear on your transaction automatically but if you don’t see it, paste the copied promo code when prompted.

The Paper Store offers standard and expedited shipping, with the latter orders being shipped out the same day.

Standard shipping can take between 5 to 10 business days for delivery, but please note that orders being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska should allow for additional time.

Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to U.S territories, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses (please allow additional time for orders to be shipped to these areas).

You can return your item to a local The Paper Store, or if you prefer, you can mail your online order back to their returns center. If you choose the latter option, then include your packing slip or copy of your order confirmation with your return and mail it back.

You can return most items within 45 days of purchase, any items returned between days 46 to 60 after purchase may only be returned in stores for store credit.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Items that are personalized, holiday décor items, sale and clearance, or are hand sanitizers, masks, disinfectants, and other forms of PPE are not eligible for returns or exchange.
