How to redeem your Picaboo discount deals

Once on the website, choose the products you wish to purchase, add your personalization and click "Order."
Once you’re ready to complete your transaction, head over to your cart and click "Checkout."
Fill in the relevant fields and then proceed to the payment page.
The discount will appear on your transaction automatically.

Picaboo shipping costs are calculated per type of product, and size of your item. All items are eligible for four different shipping options: Economy, Expedited, Rush, and Priority Rush.

The shipping option you choose will vary by cost - depending how quickly you wish to receive your item. For instance, if you are ordering a Premium Mini Photo Book (5 x 4, 5 x 5) the shipping will cost you the following:

Economy: $4.99
Expedited: $8.99
Rush: $10.99
Priority Rush: $19.99

Picaboo has a 100% satisfaction guaranteed for all its customers. If you receive your product and there are any errors in your order that aren't reflected by what you saw in Preview Mode, then you can contact Picaboo within 30 days for a refund.

Their guarantee doesn't cover user-preventable errors that were visible within the Preview Mode. All refunds will be issued back to the user in the form of store credit, known as "Picabucks" – these don't expire and are linked to your account. These will be automatically applied to your shopping cart next time you purchase an item with Picaboo.
