Most in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 1-2 business days upon placing your order. Their standard shipping and handling charges cover most of their items, and are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the contiguous U.S.

Heavier or bulky items may be subjected to an additional shipping cost – this will be indicated on the product page.

Customers should allow for 5-7 business days for the Standard Ground Service.

Customers have the option to add $19.99 to each delivery address to upgrade to Express Delivery. With this service, your purchase will arrive on the second business after it ships from the HearthSong distribution center – if you receive your product any later than this, you’ll receive a refund on your shipping charges. This service applies to all orders of in-stock merchandise under 20 lb.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of HearthSong products, then you can return the item for a refund within 90 days. You have one year from the shipping date to return your item if it is defective.

HearthSong offers hassle-free return or exchange methods. For fast exchange, you can call Customer Support and they will immediately place your new order and charge your credit card. Your replacement item usually ships the following day – HearthSong pays for the shipping and handling.

Whilst you’re awaiting your replacement item, you’ll be required to repackage and return your merchandise – you’ll be credited for the cost of the original item less the return shipping fee of $6.95

If you don’t wish to exchange your item, you can simply return it by filling in the Easy Online Returns form and dropping your package off at your local post office. If your item is damaged, defective, or an error was made on HearthSong’s part, then you’ll not be charged for the return shipping. However, if you’re returning for any other reason, then you’ll be deducted $6.95 from your refund or credit to cover the return shipping costs.
